Visit Siam Park on a Mediterranean cruise

Visit Siam Park on a Mediterranean cruise

03 June 2009

Brits taking a Mediterranean cruise and visiting Tenerife may be interested to learn that Siam Park has been named as one of Europe''s best theme parks.

According to travel site Tourism Review, the attraction, which opened last year, ranks alongside the likes of Disneyland in Paris in terms of the range of rides and features on offer to holidaymakers.

The park has been designed to resemble the ancient kingdom of Thailand and has something to offer holidaymakers of all ages.

Some of the top rides and slides include The Dragon, Jungle Snake and the exhilarating Mekong Rapids.

There is also a white beach - made using sand imported from Portugal, a large wave pool and extensive children''s area, as well as several shops, bars and restaurants.

Other popular attractions on the island include Loro Parque ? an animal park were holidaymakers can watch entertaining shows and acrobatic performances from whales and dolphins.

Princess Cruises to Hawaii are available from only £1099 per person for 14 nightsADNFCR-1972-ID-19201439-ADNFCR
