Royal Caribbean cruises has announced 47 additional cruises in their 2011/12 itinerary.
The new cruises involve the Splendour of the Seas and Mariner of the Seas with a total of 27 unique itineraries, calling at 30 different ports in 12 countries.
One of these new voyages on the Splendour of the Seas is a series of 10 and 11 night visits around the Greek islands and Turkey.
The Mariner of the Seas will be based in Rome and will offer cruises up to 13 nights around the Western Mediterranean, Egypt and the Holy Land.
Cruisetour land package holidays combining a cruise with an escorted land tour to explore cities and attractions inland will also be available.

Among the cruisetour options are visits to the Italian Lake District and Venice. For instance, voyagers can combine a cruise aboard the Splendour of the Seas with a three-night itinerary to the north of the country that takes in Italy’s Stresa which is situated on the western shore of the beautiful Lake Maggiore.
