As one should already guess from the name Fascinosa, the new ship will be a glamorous and up-market addition to the Costa Cruises fleet. Her interior design was inspired by legends such as Tosca, Marlene and Gilda.

The 6000 square metre wellness centre and the Samsara Spa will pamper guests in sheer luxury, offering direct access cabins and its own restaurant.

Entertainment options on board include a 4D cinema, cutting-edge golf, Play Station World with PS3 and Grand Prix driving simulators.
The Fascinosa will debut with a maiden voyage starting from Venice on the 7th of May 2012. From
there the cruise ship will sail to Bari, Corfu and Dubrovnik.

After this initial 3-day cruise, the Fascinosa will on the 11th of May 2012 embark on an 11 day voyage from Venice to Greece, Israel, Turkey and Croatia, returning to Venice on the 22nd of May 2012.

During the rest of the 2012 cruise season, the Fascinosa will regularly embark on 7-day cruises to Greece and Croatia. These cruises will leave from Venice and Bari.

Costa Cruises is a long-term favourite in the cruising industry and this new addition to their fleet will no doubt be welcomed by regular Costa cruisers. The fact that Costa cruises always offer good value for money will add further appeal to their new cruise liner.
