For the first time in 3 years Carnival Cruises will offer passengers a full range of Mediterranean tours – complete with visits to stunning Mediterranean locations. All of this will of course be at the usual Carnival cost-saving prices.

Carnival Magic will depart from Venice in Italy on the 1st May 2011 on a 9-day Mediterranean cruise that will eventually take her to Barcelona. On the way she will embark at exciting destinations such as Dubrovnik (Croatia), Naples, Civitavecchia (for visits to Rome), Livorno (for visits to Florence and Pisa) and Monte Carlo in Monaco.

Between June and October, there will be a number of 9-day Mediterranean cruises departing in Barcelona and sailing to Palma de Mallorca. Ports of call include Monte Carlo (Monaco) and Rome, Livorno, Naples and Messina (Italy).

For cruise passengers with smaller pockets or less time to spend, Carnival Cruises has tailor-made the 7-day Mediterranean cruise, a round-trip from Barcelona visiting Monte Carlo in Monaco, Livorno (via Florence/Pisa), Rome (via Civitavecchia), Naples and Messina.

Carnival Magic has everything to turn an ordinary holiday into cruising heaven. Passengers can watch first-run movies at the Seaside Theatre, bask in the sun at the open-air promenade or have a light meal at the Ocean Plaza – a live entertainment venue. While the kids are enjoying dedicated children’s programs, mum and dad can always enjoy a visit to the adults-only Cloud 9 Spa and the Senerity.
