Princess Cruises has started a new section on the company’s Facebook page where passengers can recount their experience on board one of the cruise line’s ships. Whether it was a meeting that turned into a romantic relationship, a milestone celebration, running into family or friends, interactions with crew members or discovering new places and meeting new people, you can use the space to tell the world about your favourite Princess experience.

The section will be updated on a regular basis, so readers will be able to share, rate and comment on new narratives as they are posted.

Apart from the section where ex-passengers can share their stories, there will also be a section entitled “Our Favourite Story from the Mailbag” where Princess will share interesting letters from passengers.

Princess Cruises’ Executive Vice President, Jan Swartz, said “Our fans have told us some fantastic stories over the years, and with this new feature on our Facebook page, we can share stories we love.”

There are some very interesting tales indeed featured in the Princess Stories section. Some are of secret weddings, others recount meeting a future husband or wife on board a Princess cruise ship. There is even a story of a guide dog’s experience on board a cruise ship.

The first story featured in the “From the Mailbag” section tells about a chance meeting with an employee of Princess Cruises who assisted delayed passengers so that they could be in time for their cruise by actually driving them to the ship herself.

Princess Cruises currently has 16 modern cruise ships.
