Would never book a cruise with carnival again. We paid for a service that we did not receive as well as having a terrible time, The porta ricans were running the ship,they did not follow health & safety, very abusive, ate everything that was put in front of them. The noise they made,smoking and drinking in their cabins.Screaming children as well as the rican children using the adult pools and finding faeces in it. We did not need this and I am speaking on behalf of most of the people on the ship.I cannot understand why virgin are still advertising for the carnival and other ships docking at porta rica.  I made a complaint and It got me nowhere.
