Having never been with celebrity we decided to try a 2 night taster, we are avid RCI cruises and wanted to see if we would get the same fantastic standard as we do with them. Needless to say we were not disappointed. We went on the 2 day cruise after the ship had its refit. We were lucky enough to have one of the conceirge class of cabins, the cabin was a decent size and finished off to an extremly high standard, with plenty of starage space. The food onboard was of an excellent standard both in the main dining room, aswell as our late night room service order. The ship had been finished off to the highest standard with all the public spaces looking new.Our two favorite bars were the Sunset Bar and the Martini Bar, the view from the Sunset Bar is great and the ice bar at the Martini Bar was fun. I thought the Hemisphere Lounge was nice, it was always used as the late night disco venueWe sat in Rendezvous Square one evening before dinner and found it to be underutilized. the 2 shows we saw in the main theatre were class acts that would be enjoyed by the entire family The staff seemed to go the extra mile in making this a special cruise, our only regret is that we didnt go for longer cruise. I will definatly go with Celebrity X Cruises again.
