We were disappointed that the Queen Victoria is exactly the same as the Queen Elizabeth which we previously cruised on. The waiters seemed to be inexperienced and you sometimes had to wait quite a while for service.The food in the Lido was excellent with a very good choice. The afternoon tea lefty a lot to be desired. The scones were average, with very mean portions of jam and cream and the coffee was cold.There was no Captains night. All in all not the very high standards which we expect from Cunard.
