Too many free child places and no control on standards, nappies openly changed in public bars and then left on the tables and seats, then blocked toilets, children allowed to run amok throughout the ship at all times of the day and night, children allowed to sleep on sofas in adult bars at midlnight, no child free zones, Cunard never intervened, jacuzzis filled with shower gel, not funny!! Jackets not worn in the dining room, waiting staff stressed, so many staff ill on board with flu and passing on their germs. the list goes on we should have booked a costa cruise and sampled similar experience for a cheaper price yet Cunard charging premium, no white star experience
