This is one of the worst cruises I have ever taken and I have done over twenty.  I have sailed with Cunard before several times and found this the most unfriendliest ship I have sailed on.  The staff are rude and not helpful.  The dining in the Britannia was so slow and the food so poor we only ate there the first night and after that we ate in the Lido Cafe as did many other guests.

The whole cruise was a promotional journey for Cunard where visitors to the ship came on at every port and took over the ship.  When we were in Liverpool HRH Camilla came on the ship and we were told the gangway was closed between 11.30 and 12.30.  It started to rain so we made our way back at 12.45 to be told we were not even aloud in the cruise terminal and were left out in the rain.  We stood there for an hour before being allowed in and even then when we were waiting at the end of the gangway they took the canopy off us and put us back in the rain to put the canopy over the press and visitors on the other gangway who were leaving.

Lots of things were broken or didn't work and were not repaired.  Our shower regulator didn't work and burn't your back when you were showering, the message service on the telephones was broken, drinks dispensers were broken and even the ice machine in the lido. 

Celebrity and Azamara ships are much better. The food, Service and care are second to none compared with Cunard.
