Having thoroughly enjoyed our first cruise this year, Transatlantic on the Queen Victoria, we were very disappointed with the quality of staff & dining on this five night cruise. I had to return food three times (something I have never done before but it was inedible) and service was slow, disjointed & impersonal. We couldn't believe it was the same ship.  Our six fellow diners, all regular cruisers, agreed with our impression.
