This is the 6th Cruise we have been on and I'm afraid that two of them have been Italian and also they are the last, they really have to take up some ideas from other Cruise Lines, I will never go on another Italian Cruise Line again which is a bit sad really because the ship was clean & smart,most of the staff was polite but others were like us thinking, I wish I wasn't onboard,the food in the evening wasn't to bad but the rest of the time it was luke warm not good really & always shutting & closing other Cruise Ships wouldn't dream of doing this, if bigger ships can keep there food hot then the smaller ones should be able to as well,the entertainment was to be desired (unless of course you want to look like a complete idiot) when at sea there is absolutely nothing to do no wonder people were bored they have lost a lot of custom through this and I will never recommend a Italian Ship again to anyone.
