Having just returned from NCL cruise Xmas & New Year 2010 not the best cruise we have taken.

Food was the worst complaint alll meals were lukewarm after repeatadley sending back meals with no improvement. Management joked there must be snow in the kitchen. It became clear all NCL are interetested in are the specality restaraunts where extra payment is required.

Cabins were of god standard & public places were fine however extra seating was required, many events unable to obtain a seat.

Entetainment Director was the person who held it all together & should have an award for all the 20 languages he reeled of every day.
