My son is a staff member on Norwegian Jade,in the mediterranean.

For 3 months working on the ship has not been paid,as he was mean't to have a ocean pay card when he applied to work for them.just relies on tips,etc;commissions.No complaints except,he is waiting for his card to be sent to him,which was promised to be sent 3 weeks ago,and it was sent to Miami,when he is on Norwegian Jade.He can't do a thing,but is annoyed because of the service,he's received.unsure what to do and who is responsible.As his mum i can't always send him money,as i have done,to help him out,when he should be able to use his ocean card.Thank you.
