We were told on boarding that the ship had the Norovirus on board the previous week but had been cleaned and all was well.On the third day the toilets stopped working and as there were alot of phyisically and mentally handicaped people + alot of old folk on board things did not look good.We were made to use hand wash many times a day.

We found the resturant staff surly and unhelpful, we were not allowed to help ourselves in the self service and were made to feel that that WE were the problem not the ship.

I never saw any officers except for the entertainment lady and the captain on the first day.The security officers were abrupt and rude.

The cabin was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was TINY!
