Having cruised about a dozen times previously on various cruise lines and ships i have got to say that the staff on the Oceana were the friendliest i have ever come across - from the staff in the shops to the bar staff nothing was too much trouble and they seemed a happy crew which reflected in their sevice - a most memorable trip and up there in my top three holidays ever !!
