from arriving at southampton at 2pm saturday afternoon our holiday started, a man collected our luggage took our car keys and directedus to the departure lounge, less than an hour later we were on board with a glass of champagne.our room was beautifully clean and had loads of room for all our clothes, gerry our man that looked after our room was always accomodating and very cheerfull night or day. all the staff we encountered were a very happy bunch and couldnt do enough for you. the food was fine dining every night (hence the extra pounds!) If you wanted to laze around with a good book the on board library was great seemed to be something for everyone.as the world cup was on there was always a room set aside for the football fans on board. when the ship docked at the different ports travel to the towns or cities we were visiting buses or coaches were laid on with maps so we didnt miss anything.It was a great cruise we enjoyed every minute and will hope to book another cruise next year.
