Overall was delighted with the Ship, having being on a Cruise with P&O as a child with my parents, was very openminded with what I would find, but i was pleasently suprised, they seem to have removed the tack cluttering up the ship and had opened up the open decks to make it a very comfortable ship to relax on and to enjoy the ports of call. There were a fine selection of bars to enjoy the nights at seas and plenty of choice when it came to the Dinning options. The entertainment was top class and the Ventura still had that P&O charm. Check in at Southampton was a breeze and were met by the Ships staff who were very friendly. We done a few of the excursions but i would recommend looking at the excursions avaliable before you travel as they seemed expensive on the ship. The booking agents were very helpful, i would consider another P&O cruise although I have booked on Princess for this summer and also another princess cruise for the end of the year
