Comment:
Even though I have given good ratings these are purely for the ship and the staff. We thought xmas on an Ameriican ship would have been OTT, but oh no, not even a xmas cracker what a let down. There was 728 kids on this cruise most of which had complete freedom and run of the place, they had very little manners  if any, they were allowed to go anywhere on the ship even found them in the casino. On several occasions the phone in our cabin rang when we answered it was kids messing about, they would get in the lifts, go to the top deck and then press every button before they got out so that the lift would stop at every deck on the way back down.  There was suppose to be a dress code for the restaurants but this was not adhered to.  There were kids upto the age of around 18 walking about in their pyjamas. There wasn't many Brits on the ship because they couldn't fly out due to the snow but the ones we met all felt the same, it was a big let down. I have cruised 13 times and this one was the worst I have ever done.
