Had a fabulous time last October on The Indy - they couldn't do enough for us.  The ship was rather full (kids too) because it was half-term and the down side of this was that we couldn't always get into all of the activities eg quizzes etc sometimes nowhere to sit, but a small gripe really.  Loved Johnny Rockets and the dancing waiters! All staff well trained in customer service.  would definitely go again.
