I find it quite sad that many people only leave reviews if things go wrong. This was our first cruise and we are already planning our next with Thomson. Absolutley everything was perfect. It was the best holiday I have ever had and can't wait for the next. Most of the people on the cruise had cruised many times with Thomson. One chap had cruised 14 times. With so many repeat cruisers they are obviously doing something very right!
