Fly direct to New York for a 2 night hotel stay in Manhattan. Board the Amtrak Crescent train overnight to New Orleans. Accommodation on the train is in reserved private roomettes with WC and wash basin. Your journey takes you from New York through Washington DC , Virginia , the Carolinas , Georgia , Alabama , Mississippi & Louisiana and on to hip and sassy New Orleans.

On arrival in New Orleans stay for 3 nights in a central French Quarter hotel and take advantage of some “Good Ole” Southern hospitality. Sample some Creole cooking, party on Bourbon street until the small hours and “chill out” like the locals do !
