Grand Epernay is Solstice's main dining room, located aft of decks 3 & 4 with room for 1429 guests and featuring a dramatic two storey high glass wine tower and dazzling chandeliers. The dinner menu, with up to 29 selections, comprises of Appetisers, Soups and Salads, Entrées and Desserts with the left hand side of the menu remaining the same whilst the right hand side changes nightly.
In addition to the main theatre there are two entertainment lounges, a demonstration kitchen and a cinema. The main pool area features two whirlpools and there is an adults-only solarium pool with a further two whirlpools. You will also find the Persian Garden Spa, a library, kid's clubs, casino, shops and more on-board.

Icy Strait Point, USA
Icy Strait Point is a privately owned tourist destination just outside the small village of Hoonah, Alaska. It is located on Chichagof Island and is named after the nearby Icy Strait. Owned by Huna Totem Corporation, it is the only privately owned cruise destination in Alaska, as most stops are owned by the cities in which they are located. Huna Totem Corporation is owned by approximately 1,350 Alaskan Natives with aboriginal ties to Hoonah and the Glacier Bay area. Many of them are of the Tlingit people.
Skagway, Alaska
Some of the aspiring Klondike gold rushers who made it to Skagway took a look at the 500-mile journey that still lay ahead of them and decided a change of profession was in order. So many of them set up shops as provisioners that Skagway was the largest city in Alaska by the end of the 19th century. Booms fade and dreams move on, but the glory days still reverberate through the town. Take a ride on the Take a trip on the White Pass & Yukon Railway or ride up the Klondike Highway which will take you to places where you can roll up your sleeves and do some prospecting of your own.
