The Panama Canal OR Hawaii

Panama Canal Full Transit

Our exclusive package includes a three-night pre-cruise stay in St Petersburg, Florida, known for its award-winning beaches, the world-renowned Salvador Dali Museum  and the beautiful Fort De Soto Park. Then embark on a special 13-day cruise on Carnival Miracle.

This Carnival Journey includes an overnight stay in Cartagena, Colombia; prior to the Panama Canal transit, followed by calls at Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala; and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, all home to magnificent architecture and unforgettable shopping, dining and cultural experiences.

Cartagena is an impressively preserved colonial city and a UNESCO World Heritage site - a maze of cobbled alleys, balconies covered in bougainvillea, and massive churches that cast their shadows across leafy plazas. Its port marks the historical entry point for Spanish conquers into South America and its fortifications, built for the protection against invasion, still stand strong in the walled city today.

Panama Canal

Transit up the Panama Canal where you can marvel at one of the great American engineering feats of the 20th century. This artificial lock-type waterway connects the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean, stretching from Panama City on the Pacific side to Colón on the Atlantic side. In 2016 the canal was expanded to include two new sets of locks and allow the passage of larger vessels.

Cabo San Lucas

Located at the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, this city has some of the most luxurious resorts and is known for its pristine white sandy beaches and beautiful transparent waters that offer some of the best snorkelling in the Mexican Riviera.  It is home to the iconic golden Arch, where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet, as well as a world-class marina and the biggest fishing tournament in the world.

Hawaiian Islands

This holiday brings together three ‘must-see’ destinations. Combine the bright lights of Las Vegas with a stay in the ‘City of Angels’ and a cruise around the Hawaiian islands. In Los Angeles spend some time on Venice Beach made famous by the Baywatch TV series and the setting for many films or visit the boutiques on Rodeo Drive. On Hollywood Boulevard you’ll find the Walk of Fame - see how your hands measure up to those of Hollywood stars cast in the concrete sidewalk. This 14-night Carnival Journey around the Hawaiian Islands you’ll enjoy world-class beaches, savor local cuisine, explore the lush Hawaiian countryside and get an “up-close-and-personal look” at colourful Polynesian culture.

Las Vegas

There’s plenty to do in Vegas before sunset. Get your heart racing with a thrill ride from the 1,149-foot high Stratosphere Tower or get behind the wheel of a car at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. As the sunsets, try your luck in one of the casinos, see a headline act or visit the iconic fountains of Bellagio.

Big Island

This is the biggest of the Hawaiian Islands with lush tropical rainforests and towering volcanoes. In Hilo visit the Akaka State Falls Park, the Pacific Tsunami Museum and Richardson Beach Park - perfect for snorkelling and sunbathing. Kona lies on the opposite side of the island to Hilo. Kaloko-Honokohau is a 1160-acre National Historic Park where you can explore early heiau (temples), fishponds and petroglyphs.
